All goods are insured and dispatched by DHL, and you will get a tracking number after the order will be dispatched.

Shipments outside the EU

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to the import tax and customs duty regulations of the destination country. Import tariffs and custom duties are raised by the corresponding customs office, and shall be borne by the consignee. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made only if the product is in unworn condition.

Please use therefore the supplied returns form which came with your order. We will pay for the shipment back to us and if a replacement of the item is possible, back to you again. If you don't like the product and/or it doesn't fit and you want so send it back, please use for this also the supplied returns form which came with your order. Please note that we don't carry returning costs for shipments outside of Italy in this case. You have to pay shipping back to us and we won't refund the shipping costs.
